Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services. By working with Qotra, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
You own your deliverables after full payment. We keep our tools and portfolio rights. Be respectful with deadlines and feedback. Disputes are resolved in Algeria. Nothing unusual here.
By accessing or using qotra.dev (the "Site") or engaging Qotra Development ("Qotra", "we", "us") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.
Qotra provides digital services including web development, mobile application development, custom software, brand design, UI/UX design, and digital marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement.
Upon full payment of all agreed fees, Qotra assigns to you all intellectual property rights in the final deliverables specifically created for your project. Qotra retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies used in delivery. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Projects are invoiced according to the schedule defined in your project agreement, typically 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments accrue interest at 2% per month. Qotra reserves the right to pause work on accounts with overdue invoices without liability for resulting delays.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required approvals to enable Qotra to deliver your project. Delays caused by your failure to provide required inputs may result in revised delivery timelines. You warrant that any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed in connection with the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of 3 years. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly known or independently developed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qotra's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you are liable for fees for all work completed up to the termination date. Qotra will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of payment for work performed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bordj Bou Arréridj, Algeria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
