4. Payment Terms

• Deposits are required before work begins

• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are subject to project agreement terms

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. However, Qotra Development retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose proprietary information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Qotra Development's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for work completed, and any deliverables will be provided according to the project agreement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Qotra Development is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
